Sumo deadlifts (these were done for speed)

225 x 3
315 x 12 sets of 1 rep w/ 30 seconds rest between sets (using 65% of max sumo, which popped off the floor quickly and easily)
Reverse hyper-extensions (done strict w/ no momentum)
110 x 6, 6, 6
Ab wheel x 7, 7, 7 (full reps, pec felt a little tight after these)
My lower back felt really tight as well so I finished up w/ about 20 minutes on the elliptical to try and loosen things up.
