185 + mini bands x 3
210 + mini bands x 8 sets of 3 reps w/ 60 seconds rest between sets
(these were done very quick and explosive, touch and go style, pec felt OK)
Triceps cable pushdowns
180 x 20
190 x 20, 15
Lateral dumbbell raises
25 x 20
30 x 20
I'm using this week to heal up (less volume/intensity) but still work hard and do speed work.
