Contest Phase Week 3

Bench day: warm up w/ kettlebell halos, windmills, and presses.
Gym temp: 75°

412.5 x 1 (worked up to opener for next contest, not sure if opening w/ 407 or 413?, both felt OK)

Triceps cable pushdowns
190 x 15, 15

Upper-body sled drags
25 lbs. x 200' for 6 trips (dragging sled while doing multiple upper-body movements like front raises and triceps extensions)
