Short and sweet, allowing the body to heal, getting ready for contest in a week and a few days. I do feel really beat up though. Knees, shoulders, hips, and elbows aching and sore. Planning on increasing calories and supplements (as well as NSAIDS) during this next week to hopefully get ready for meet.
