Gym Temp: 65°
No music

Dynamic effort squats (done for speed w/ a little over 50% of max)
135 x 5
225 x 3
295 x 6 sets of 2 reps w/ 60 seconds rest between sets (these were pretty fast)

Leg raises x 15, 15
