Warm, up w/ 10 minute walk wearing Donnie Thompson's Bowtie, Goblet Squats, Lunges, Kettlebell Windmills and TKEs.

225 x 5 - most weight put on front delt since shoulder replacement surgery (AKA Hemi-cap), felt OK.

Reverse Hyper-extension

Single Leg Leg Press
135 x 15 + 15 calf presses
185 x 15 + 15 calf presses
225 x 15 + 15 calf presses

Leg Curl
110 x 10
130 x 8, 8 then drop to 100 x 6, then drop to 70 x 6
