325+blue bands x2 good speed (all sets done with a 1 minute rest between them)

Leg press supersetted with calf press
245x12/245x20

Leg extensions
170x12
200x12, 12, 12

Leg curl
140x8, 8, 8, 8

Reverse hyperextensions
140x12, 12, 12

Leg raises
