Last 2 days of week 1 in Phase 3

Trying to lift 5 days per week for the next 4 weeks (squat, bench, deadlift, off, squat, bench, off) and really focus on the powerlifts......this is tougher than I thought.

Gym temp: 82°
Music both days: The Showdown, Blood in the Gears

2nd Squat day: warm up w/ Goblet squats

Oly squats (my version of close stance, high bar, deep squats)
135 x 5
225 x 3
315 x 1
360 x 5, 5, 5, 5

Paused squats (wide stance, low bar, one second pause in the hole)
325 x 5, 5

2nd bench day: warm up w/ kettlebell windmills

Medium-close grip bench (index finger at edge of center knurling, all reps paused on chest)
45 x 10
135 x 5
185 x 3
225 x 2
265 x 4, 4, 4 (pec still OK, added 15 more lbs. to the bar)

Medium grip Spoto press (pinky finger on 32" rings, bar stopped about 2" from chest and paused, there are lots of videos of the Spoto press)
265 x 4

Medium grip bench (pinky finger on 32" rings, all reps paused on chest, so far no pec pain!!!!! Praise God!)
