Front squats
135 x 5
225 x 5, 5, 5

Sled drags
Forwards 180 x 200', 200'
Backwards 180 x 200', 200' (legs were on fire!!!, one of the things I've been dealing with since having throat cancer was lack of saliva. The radiation used to kill the tumor also damaged my salivary glands making it hard to breathe when doing conditioning or strongman events. I'd get such a dry mouth from breathing hard that I'd start gagging and choking and sometimes puke. Today was one of the first days that the dryness was not so bad and I could really push my conditioning. I thank God for my continued healing. Its been 2 years since the cancer treatment and I keep getting better and better. Don't ever let anyone tell you that you can't be healed of something: Jesus heals! 1 Peter 2:24 - "He himself bore our sins" in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; "by his wounds you have been healed.")

Original Sled from Westside Barbell
15 years old and still working

EZ bar curls (I do these very strict with back against wall)
30 x 10
65 x 5
85 x 3
105 x 8, 8, 8 (had some crazy neck spasms, but fought thru it)
