Phase 4 Week 1

Upper back day: today is kind of my everything else day where I try to bring up my weaknesses which right now I feel is my upper to mid back. Warm up w/ kettlebell snatches

Gym temp: 90° HOT!!!!, much sweating!! and I stinketh..........
