105 x 10 - my elbows and shoulders were pretty sore so I dropped the weight considerably and did some light/slow reps just to feel the triceps working.

Much better day today, got my confidence back. My lower back is still out of sorts so I need to continue working on some recovery. Hoping that as my volume decreases the healing will increase.
