Dynamic Effort Bench Day

No Music

Warm up w/ Kettlebell Halos

Dynamic Effort Bench (for speed, touch and go style, about 60 seconds rest between sets)
135 x 8
185 x 5
225 x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 - very quick speed!

Triceps Pushdowns
170 x 15, 15

Last bench until meet, shoulders felt good, strong.

Well that's it, I plan on doing some light stretching and some very light sled dragging just to get the blood flowing maybe tomorrow. If I trained correctly I should peak this weekend and hopefully hit a PR or two.
