Dynamic Effort Squat Day

No Music

Warm up w/ Goblet Squats

Squats (for speed, about 60 seconds rest between sets)
135 x 5
225 x 3
285 x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 - very quick speed!

Swiss ball Crunches

Last squat before meet, bar speed was extremely fast, felt really strong.  Back felt OK as well! Had a few muscle spasms, but I'm used to it now and just bare it.
