Back to Training

Don't have any immediate plans on competing. I would like to try another strongman contest sometime, but for right now the plan is to heal up some nagging injures and just train.

In-between sets of deadlifts I did some light, Close-handled Pulldowns.

Ab Wheel

Husafell Carry (worked up to only about a 150 lbs. stone in the rain, very slippery and lower back is still very tight and sore)
