A Tough Week in Lifting

This week was very tough to get thru, lifting-wise.  I've been dealing with extreme fatigue and those pesky muscle spasms again all over my body from my feet to the top of my head....so my strength and conditioning was a bit off.

Day 1: Warm up w/ Kettlebell Swings

2" Axle Deadlifts
160 x 3
270 x 3
360 x 3
410 x 3
450 x 3
Did Close-grip Pulldowns using a rope between sets.

Pendlay Rows
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 5
265 x 5

Ab Wheel

Farmers Walks (each hand)
200 x 50', 50' - pretty sad, planned on going 100', but too weak.

Day 2: Warm up w/ Kettlebell Halos, Snatches, and Clean & Jerks

8" Log Incline Press
50 x 10
140 x 6
230 x 5
280 x 5
310 x 5

12" Log Overhead Push-press (clean 1st rep only)
90 x 5
180 x 5
230 x 5 - very surprised how tough this was.....

Power Snatches
135 x 1
160 x 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 - OK speed.

Day 3: Warm up w/ Goblet Squats

Box Squats (to a parallel box)
135 x 6
225 x 5
315 x 3
405 x 3
455 x 3
485 x 3
Did some abs between sets.

Front Squats
280 x 5, 5, 5

Reverse Hyper-extensions
210 x 8, 8, 8

Sled Drags (forward/backward)
200 lbs. x 200', 200'

Not only dealing w/ muscle spasms but lots of irregular pains in various places like wrists and hips......still not willing to give in.

James 4:7

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
