Warm up w/ Kettlebell Halos & Presses

4 Board Close-grip Bench (all reps paused on boards, index fingers @ edge of smooth center portion of bar)

430 x 1 - got it on second attempt, felt very weak.

Power Clean & Jerks

215 x 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 - all reps smooth/fast.

Power Snatch
145 x 3, 3, 3, 3 - good speed.

Incline Dumbbell Press
70s x 6
100s x 19***Repetition PR!
100s x 9

Battle Ropes
1.5" rope x 45sec, 45sec, 45sec

Took a week off from lifting and lost about 20 lbs could be reason benches felt week.
