Warm up w/ Kettlebell Press

8" Log Overhead Press (clean 1st rep only)

270 x 0 - struggled getting the log cleaned and had no juice for the press.
260 x 1 - dropped 10 lbs. & got a bit angry to get the press. I got a long road ahead to get my overhead pressing prowess back on par.
