Squat and Deadlift Assistance Day

Warm up w/ Kettlebell Swings

Power Good-mornings (done with wide stance keeping lower back tightly arched, pretty much the start and finish of a squat)

Leg Press

875 x 7 - felt some right knee pain so I stopped short, seems like anytime I do heavy leg presses my knees start to hurt. Hmmmmm.

Reverse Hyper-extensions
245 x 6

Leg Curls
140 x 6
180 x 6

Kettlebell Swings
60 x 55 - frustrating! I'm still having problems with conditioning, anytime I start breathing hard, I start gagging due to having such a dry mouth from the damage the radiation did to my salivary glands. It just really sucks as I've tried every product on the market and nothing works. Before cancer treatment I was swinging kettlebells for like 250 reps......I will get there again.
