Warm up w/ Kettlebell Halos/Presses & Medicine Ball Chest Throws.
Dynamic Effort Bench (for speed, 60 seconds rest between sets, touch & go style, using multiple grips from wide to narrow)
135 + bands x 5
185 + bands x 3
225 + bands x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3
245 + bands x 3
265 + bands x 2
275 + bands x 1 - all reps had good speed.
Overhead Push-press from Rack (obviously not ready to clean yet)

Kettlebell Bench (for time - 2 minutes per set)
35s x 60
50s x 50 - I do these for time occasionally where I can rest in the extended position or on my chest, but I just can't put the KB or DB down for the specified time.......ouch!
Biceps feeling OK, no issues.
