Deadlift Day

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk wearing Donnie Thompson's Bowtie, Kettlebell Swings & Windmills, and some Lunges.

405 x 3 - no pain in new shoulder this week, but made sure to have new shoulder side w/ overhand grip. Heaviest weight in hands since surgery and 1st time I actually wore a belt.

Standing Abs x 100 reps.

Good-mornings w/ SS Yoke Bar
155 x 32 reps in 2 minutes.

Medium Grip Pulldowns (to front)
170 x 10
210 x 10, 10, 10 rest 15 sec then 3, rest 15 sec then 1.

Sled Drags
Forward 140 x 200', 200', 200'
Backwards 140 x 200', 200', 200'
