Deadlift Day.....well actually doing good-mornings

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk wearing Donnie Thompson's Bowtie, Kettlebell Swings, Walking Lunges and Side Bends.

Good-mornings (using Top Squat attachment)

275 x 5 - lower back felt sore so I stopped there.

Close Grip Pulldowns (to front)

2" Handle Farmers Walk (weight per hand)

Standing Abs
90 x 40, 30, 30

Ankle Drags

Backwards 20 x 100', 100'
