Deadlift Day

Actually did Good-mornings. I usually do 3 weeks of Deadlifts and then the 4th week, Good-mornings.

Gym Temp: 50°
Music: Ark of the Covenant, Separation

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk wearing Bowtie, Kettlebell Swings, Walking Lunges and Side Bends.

Good-mornings (using Top Squat attachment, still hurts to try and get a regular barbell on back)

95 x 3

135 x 3
185 x 3
205 x 3
225 x 3
250 x 3
275 x 3 - took several sets to test how lower back is feeling, seems OK.

Pulldowns to Front
140 x 12
160 x 12, 12, 11 rest 15 sec then 3, rest 15 sec then 2.

2" Handle Farmers Walk (weight per hand)
110 x 100' w/ turn
205 x 50', 50' - back felt OK, I think this is the highest weight I've carried in hand since shoulder surgery.

Standing Abs
70 x 50, 50

Ankle Drags
Forward 30 x 200'
Backward 30 x 200'
