Deadlift Day

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk wearing Donnie Thompson's Bowtie, Kettlebell Swings & Windmills.

Deadlifts
135 x 6
225 x 5
315 x 8, 8 - speed work - lower back a bit tight.

Farmers Walk (weight per hand)
110 x 100' w/ turn
220 x 50', 50' - shoulder felt fine - most weight carried since surgery.

Atlas Stones (to 50" platform)
120 x 5, 5 - very light and easy.

Pull-thrus
50 x 10
60 x 10

Ab Wheel x 12, 12

Went very light today since still nursing lower back pain, shoulder seems fine to be able to do some lighter strongman events.
