Warm up w/ 10 minute walk wearing Bowtie, Kettlebell Halos, Band Pull-aparts and Indian Club Swings.

140 x 6, 6 - this is the most weight pressed overhead to date since surgery. At about 99% range of motion.

Seated Dumbbell Press

30s x 10 - shoulder a bit sore.

Wide Grip Pulldowns (to front)

Seated Lateral Raises

*Dumbbell Curls

*Rope Pushdowns
60 x 12, 12, 12 - these are somewhat painful for my new shoulder.
