Squat Day

Music: August Burns Red, Leveler

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk and goblet squats.


SS Yoke Bar Squat (done w/ trying to get a regular bar on back, shoulder hurts too bad)

65 x 10

245 x 4

295 x 4, 4, 4, 4 - nothing crazy, starting pretty light.


Chain Yoke

270 x 60', 60'

320 x 60', 60' - each set was about a 10 second walk, working on speed.


Sled Drags

Backwards 125 x 200', 200'

Forwards 125 x 200', 200'
