New Program - Overhead Day

Gym Temp: 75°

Music: Lightworker, Fury by Failure

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk, kettlebell windmills & snatches.


Standing Overhead Strict Press

45 x 10

65 x 6

85 x 5

105 x 5

115 x 5 - sad, I had a few more reps in me but strict pressing really hurts the left shoulder.


All accessory work is being done slow & deliberate, focusing on tension, body building style to really feel the muscle work. This will cause me to use much less weight and hopefully less pain on my shoulder.

Very humbling day of training......lots of lactate acid fun, really slowing down speed of reps. Hoping this helps.
