Deadlift Day

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk, kettlebell swings and box jumps.

335 x 8 - didn't have a whole lot of time to train today.


Farmers Walk (weight per hand)

Atlas Stones (to 50" platform)

180 x 5, 5


Only had like 40 minutes to train so banged out what I could with limited warm up and time.
