Steep Incline Bench (medium grip - pinkies on 32" rings)

Push-ups x 5, 5, 5 - OK on shoulder, but still not pushing it.


Country-Crush Seated Rows

*Woke up the next day with shoulder in a lot of pain so maybe have overdone it w/ the benchin'.
