200 lbs. + 160 lbs. + 80 lbs. x 50' (3 kegs, one at a time carried 50', these were all shouldered)
200 lbs. + 160 lbs. + 80 lbs. x 50' (3 kegs, one at a time carried 50', these were all carried in front)

Saturday (squat/deadlift day)

Gym Temp: 62 degrees
Music: A Plea for Purging, The Life and Death of........ (song; Room for the Dead ="there's a battle for my soul, between God, the devil and rock and roll, and when my head hits the sheets my feet will hit the ground running to heaven...before the devil knows I'm dead!") GREAT SONG! Awesome for lifting heavy things and dragging a sled for 1600 feet!

405x0 I haven't done front squats since dropping 40 lbs. and I just couldn't get the bar properly racked. I have to get used to this different leverage. The bar kept rolling off my shoulders and I finally dropped the 405 : (
