Squat Day

I did some highland games throws yesterday and some rotator cuff work the night before.

Squats to an 18” box (about 3” above parallel for me) using a Top Squat attachment (Saves the shoulders a bit.)

Atlas stones (no tacky)
120+120+180+180+210+240 x 3 series (1st time doing atlas stones in a while so I went light)

Sled drags backward
165x200’

Sled drags forward

Ankle drags forward

Ankle drags backward
25x200’

Dumbbell side bends
130x10 each side (ran out of time so I had to fly thru the sled work and side bends)
