Light Deadlifts

Dynamic effort deadlifts (for speed, with 45 seconds rest between sets)

225x3
315x2
405x1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 very quick and explosive!

Seated leg curls using bands x 20, 20

Standing calf raises

Leg raises

This is a deload week with the goal of backing off a bit on intensity and volume to allow the body and nervous system to heal up.
