This completes Phase 2. Now on to Phase 3 which will be focusing on the actual powerlifts (squat-bench-deadlift) and not as much strongman or hypertrophy training. Repetitions will decrease a little but volume of the actual powerlifts will increase. My goal at this point is to compete in powerlifting. Maybe later I'll switch to do some strongman or highland games events, but right now I really want to up my powerlifting total. I know I have a lot more in me if I can just stay healthy.
