Not Good............

2" Axle Bench
90 x 10
160 x 5
250 x 3
300 x 6
320 x 6
330 x 6 (felt some pain in my injured pec on last rep)

Incline Dumbbell Press
40s x 4 minutes (about 65 reps)

JM Presses
140 x 8, 8 (my pec started to spasm so I called it a day)

Iced the pec and took some NSAIDS and it feels a lot better this morning.
