Time to Lighten Up!

Gym Temp: 65°
Music: Sleeping Giant, Finished People 

Medium-close grip bench (index finger at beginning of knurling, since last week's pec pain I decide to drop the weight more and move my grip in to relieve the strain on my torn pec.)
135 x 6
185 x 6
220 x 6, 6, 6 (no pain with this weight, the plan now is to add 15 lbs. per week and see how that goes)

Incline dumbbell press (for time)
45s x 5 minutes  (about 80 reps)

JM press 
140 x 10, 10, 10

Lateral raises 
25s x 15, 15, 15

Seated rows
210 x 15, 15, 15, 15, 15

Upper body sled drags (dragged 25 lbs for 6 trips of 200 feet doing various upper body movements like raises and flyes for some rehab, very light)
