Last Friday I tried to do some overhead log presses. Worked up to 240 and on the second press, felt pain in my injured pec and it started going into spasms. I stopped everything and called it a day. I'm going to have to come at this injury a little safer and start much lighter.
Today:

48 KG x 10, 10, 10, 10
2" Handle Farmers Walks
180 x 100', 100' (both with 180° turn, the way my lower back was hurting I didn't want to push it too hard so I dropped the weight a bit on what I planned on using)
My pec was still sore, left shoulder sore, lower back on fire, and I felt pain in my mid back too. Tonight I'm going to do some light stretching and maybe go for a walk to loosen things up. : (
