Contest Phase Week 5

Squat day: warmed up w/ goblet squats

495 x 3***PR (I took a few days off after competition, but its back to work - can't believe I got a personal record)

Front squats (someone asked me why I front squat - answer, because I suck at them - so its probably a weakness and we have to address our weaknesses.)

Sled drags (new sled made by a friend - can't drag as much weight on it compared to other sled)
Forwards 115 x 200', 200', 200'
Backwards 115 x 200', 200', 200'

Ab wheel x 6 ,6 ,6 (ouch!!! my whole body from my biceps to my calves started going into spasms - I think I should've taken a few more days off)
