Contest Phase Week 5

Bench day: warmed up w/ kettlebell halos, windmills, and presses.
Gym temp: 75°
Music: Hands, Creator

Bench (contest grip -for me its w/ middle finger on 32" rings - all reps paused on chest)
135 x 8
185 x 5
225 x 3
275 x 3
315 x 3
365 x 3
385 x 3 (same as yesterday I started having muscle spasms all over, so I stopped there)

2 board bench (medium-close grip -index finger at edge of middle smooth area - all reps paused on boards)
135 x 3
225 x 3
315 x 3
380 x 3, 3 (muscle spasms again in arms, legs and back so I went on to somethings lighter)

French presses
95 x 6
135 x 6
155 x 6, 6, 6 (felt OK)

Pulldowns
210 x 6
230 x 6
260 x 6 (had enough w/ the spasms so I quit for now, I'm not quite sure what's going on, I'm plenty hydrated and take extra magnesium, maybe I should've taken more days off after this last meet)
