Powerlifting Day

Powerlifting day: warm up w/ goblet squats and kettlebell halos.

18" box squats (this is a high box, about 2-3" above parallel, all reps paused on box)

3 board bench (contest grip - index finger on 32" rings, all reps paused on board)

Metabolic set (this is basically several exercises done in circuit fashion w/ no rest for a specific amount of time)

Blaster pushups (done using Ironmind rings hanging from bar) x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5
Ring body rows (done using  Ironmind rings hanging from bar) x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5
