Powerlifting Day

A few days ago I did a strongman day but only did deadlifts because my left shoulder was pretty banged up.

18" deadlift (bar raised to 18" above ground - a common strongman event)

425 x 5 w/ wrist straps

Powerlifting day: warm up w/ goblet squats and kettlebell halos.

18" box squats (this is a high box, about 2-3" above parallel, all reps paused on box)

3 board bench (contest grip - index finger on 32" rings, all reps paused on board)

Metabolic set (this is basically several exercises done in circuit fashion w/ no rest for a specific amount of time)
