Strongman Day

Strongman day: warm up w/ kettlebell windmills and presses.

FACEDOWN RECORDS

Dynamic effort deadlifts (for speed)
135 x 5
225 x 3
315 x 2
405 x 12 sets of 1 rep w/ 30 seconds rest between sets, these really flew off the floor!

Circus dumbbell overhead press (clean 1st rep only with two hands)
85 x 6 each hand
95 x 6 each hand
110 x 6 right hand only - felt much pain in left shoulder.
