Bench Assistance Day
Not sure if anyone actually reads this, but I'm trying to post more to keep track of my lifts and how my body is reacting (health-wise/ post cancer)...more of a self-motivation thing. I was just telling someone how my muscle spasms have decreased over the last couple weeks and then, BAM, muscle spasms all day long! Fatigue was also an issue today having done some yard work already. I literally have to sleep 10 hours a day and take one or two naps just to feel normal. I was going to blow off training but watched a video of World's Strongest Man Brian Shaw and took some Beta-Alanine for some motivation. 30 minutes later and I drug myself to the gym.
