I really dislike assistance work, its boring and mentally painful. HEAVY SQUATS are exciting!.......DEADLIFTS can make you see stars!........but throwing around little 25 lbs. dumbbells is just silly, but I promised myself I'd put more effort into the accessory/assistance work for the next few months to see if its really necessary. ☺☺☻☻
