Leaning Rest (for time) - basically holding an extended push-up position as I'm not a big fan of planks. Why anyone would want to ever find themselves resting on their elbows.....on the ground......for extended periods of time is beyond me. In any sport or endeavor that I've done in my lifetime, if you end up in a plank position....you lost! Practice winning, not losing.
