Warm up w/ Kettlebell Snatches

Power Clean and Jerk

235 x 0, missed the clean, got lazy and tried to muscle it instead of using speed and triple extension.........
235 x 1, got it the second try.

Power Snatch

Thought I'd throw in a short and sweet weightlifting day....thumbs were bleeding (hook grip) so I guess I worked hard.....☺

BTW, I am not a weightlifter, I am a powerlifter and strongman.  Although I do versions of the Olympic lifts (snatch and clean & jerk), I have never competed in them, thus I would never call myself a weightlifter.  I have and do compete in powerlifting (squat, bench & deadlift) and strongman.
