Deadlift (all reps done from a dead-stop)

Reverse Band Deadlift (lightened method)

660 x 0 missed it, got it to knees, then failed

Deadlifts
500 x 3, 3, 3

Back was fried and ran out of time. Planned on doing bent over barbell rows, shrugs and leg curls but just couldn't get to it.
