Deload Week

I've been dealing with some aches and pains so decided to take a deload week and back off a little.  I'm still keeping the accessory/supplemental work high, but decreasing the volume and intensity of my main lifts.

Here are my main lifts for the week:

Deadlifts
135 x 3
225 x 3
315 x 3
380 x 3, 3, 3

Bench
135 x 8
185 x 6
225 x 5
280 x 5, 5, 5

Squats
135 x 3
225 x 3
315 x 3
345 x 3, 3, 3

++++++ lots of NSAIDs!
