Deload Week

Dropped my main lifts (squat, bench, deadlifts) to about 60% of max for 3 sets of 3-5 reps and kept all of my accessory work pretty much the same.

Over the last 12 weeks of this strength cycle I got a few training PRs so I'm pretty happy about that: Squat 525 x 2 and 500 x 3, Bench 412.5 x 2, and Deadlift 540 x 3 from a dead-stop.

Now its on to a peaking cycle.

I also had a check-up with one of my many doctors and was told there is no evidence of me ever having throat cancer...........Praise GOD, thank you Jesus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
