Squat Opener Day

Gym Temp: 80°
Music: None, I always take my openers in a calm, un-excited state with no emotion, hence no music.  That way I know I can get my openers in a meet pretty easy with the added adrenaline and psyche-up.

Squats (worked up to opener for next meet)
135 x 5
225 x 3
315 x 2
405 x 1
455 x 1
495 x 1
550 x 1, 1 - felt a little heavy, but manageable.

Walk-outs
605 x 1, 1

Reverse Hyper-extensions (light)
90 x 20, 15

Last heavy squat session before meet!  Lower back still a bit sore and tight.  Hopefully I'll be fully recovered in two weeks.
