A Better Week in Lifting

Felt a little better this week as far as fatigue, spasms not as bad, but still having issues breathing.

Day 1 - Warm up w/ Kettlebell Swings.

Sumo Deadlifts (I rarely do these because I'm horrible at them - I should be doing these a lot since its a weakness)

455 x 3***PR - sad to say..........

Pendlay Rows

Ab Wheel

Fireman's Carry 
100 lbs. Heavy Bag x 400', 400'

Day 2 - Warm up w/ Kettlebell Halos, Snatches, Presses.

Incline Bench (all reps paused on chest, index fingers on 32" rings)
135 x 8
185 x 6
225 x 5
255 x 5
275 x 5

Overhead Push-press (from rack)
135 x 5
185 x 3
225 x 1
245 x 1
265 x 1
275 x 1 - this is the most weight I've put above my head since cancer - felt like my head was going to explode!

Power Snatch
115 x 3
140 x 3, 3, 3, 3 - speed was decent.

Battle Ropes
1 1/2" Rope x 30 seconds, 30 seconds, 30 seconds - yes my conditioning still sucks, hard to breathe.

Day 3 - Warm up w/ Goblet Squats.

Box Squats (to a parallel box)
135 x 6
225 x 5
315 x 3
405 x 3
465 x 3
505 x 3***PR
Did Abs between sets of squats.

Front Squats
255 x 8, 8

Reverse Hyper-extensions
225 x 8, 8, 8

Sled Drags
150 x 200', 200' - could not continue, having a tough time breathing.
