Dynamic Effort Squat Day

Dynamic Effort Squats (for speed, off parallel box, 60 seconds rest between sets)
135 + bands x 5
225 + bands x 3
275 + bands x 2
295 + bands x 2, 2, 2, 2 - woke up this morning with pain in my right hip....????.......I could not sit back correctly nor get down to the box without extreme pain. Tried several times and just could not get loosened up or use correct form/groove. My speed was very slow and things just did not feel right - so I stopped there.

Barbell Shrugs
225 x 15
315 x 15

Sled Drags
Forward 180 lbs. x 100', 100'
Backwards 180 lbs. x 100', 100'

Felt horrible and weak!

I plan to up the NSAIDs and calories for a few days and see what happens.
